Scholarship eligibility requirements include the following:​​
You must be a Colorado resident.
​
You must have already soloed and actively training.
​
You must have successfully passed the FAA written exam.
​
You must be pursuing a career as a professional pilot.
​
You must demonstrate a financial need for training assistance.
Aviation scholarship application process
Scholarships are awarded based on fund availability and applicant need and merit. Award amounts are based on the estimated cost to finish training within a specific timeframe.
The scholarship process includes the following:
1. Completion of the scholarship application. Incomplete applications will not be processed and removed from consideration.

2. A written recommendation from your flight instructor. (included in application)
3. An in-person interview, if initial eligibility is met.
