About Aviator’s Compass
Our goal at Aviator's Compass is to support students pursuing aviation careers with small, yet impactful scholarships to help reduce the shortage of skilled pilots in the United States.
As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers, we rely on the generosity and support of our benefactors. The scholarships amounts vary and are determined by the amount of estimated expenses required for the student to complete their training.

Richard Frazier
Founder and President
Richard is the visionary behind Aviator’s Compass. A commercial pilot passionate about teaching, Richard is a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) for Flights Inc. at Centennial Airport and a Fleet Technical Instructor for United Airlines
